- May 5 - Team Formation Meeting - SYBS Board of Directors
- May 22 – Coaches' meetings split by divisions
- May 27 – Practice begins for Coach Pitch and Minors
- May 28 - Practice begins for T-ball and Majors

- June 7 - Opening Day Games + Team Pictures -ALL TEAMS
